While the features and functionalities of the ESS may be somewhat limited within this mobile delivery channel, access is contingent upon the HRO solutions provided through your employer.

The mobile app’s capabilities may differ based on the specific modules configured for each employer and are influenced by user roles and access levels.

• View and download pay slips
• Access tax computation details
• View salary structure
• Submit tax investments
• Examine user profile
• Check leave calendar and balances
• Apply for and approve leave requests
• Request and approve attendance corrections

Security Aspects:

• Access is restricted through a unique user ID and credentials
• Data is encrypted to ensure integrity and guard against potential risks

• An idle time-out automatically logs users out after a period of inactivity
